Menus are not Kosher but every effort is made to keep them traditional and items for Passover are produced with Kosher for Passover products. Kosher and organic meats can be used at additional price. All meats are from Jewish style cuts. Our standard of Hygiene exceeds many of the Kosher Kitchens we have visited.
