Menus are not Kosher but every effort is made to keep them traditional and items for Passover are produced with Kosher for Passover products. Kosher meats can be used at additional price. All meats are from Kosher style cuts. Our standard of Hygiene exceeds many of the Kosher Kitchens I have visited.
