Catering to the South Florida reform, intermarried and reconstructionist Jewish Community. We are a Jewish owned catering service, serving Miami Dade, Broward and Boca Raton. This Business was started By Moe and Lila Farrow of the Beth David Congregation in 1970. Sonia Farrow is the current president of Dominion Catering. Sonia's family owned and opperated Steelman Caterers in South Miami From 1962 through 1995 when her mother Emma Retired.
Our South Florida catering service is designed to exceed your expectations in respect to the way your guests are treated, the way our food tastes and our culinary presentations. Equal or better than a five star hotel, our staff will pamper your guests and our culinary treats will thrill them.
This website is designed and administered by our catering staff with input from all team members to help us sell our catering services by educating our customers. Because we are all involved in the content of this website, we are all making the commitments stated herein and taking them very seriously. “There is no “I” in team” may be a cliché but every event we cater is backed by the whole team.
Menus are not Kosher but every effort is made to keep them traditional and items are produced with Kosher for Passover products. Kosher meats can be used at additional price. All meats are from Jewish style cuts. Our standard of Hygiene exceeds many of the Kosher Kitchens I have visited.
First Night Seder
The traditional Passover Seder was a special time in our family, it was the only time of the year that we could guarantee that we would be together. Bubbies, zaidas, moms, dads, children, cousins, aunts and uncles we were together as one.

Bubbie worked tirelessly in the kitchen for weeks preparing for the Seder. Zaida rested during that time so that he could "daven" and sing (and drink Mogen David wine) for two nights. The rest of the family waited patiently for their turn to read the Haggadah and drink the wine.
